It’s the end of the year and the only things I see on my timeline are plans, workbooks, and courses to help with planning for the new year. I even have my own course that I’ve been sharing, as well. (shameless plug) But what I haven’t seen a lot of is information on the mindset that you need to obtain in order to reach your goals.
Last week, one of my friends, Nia Jackson, recommended that I listen to a podcast about mindset. She shared that she even listened to the podcast 3+ times to ensure that she was taking in what was being shared because it was that different.
Now if you know me well, I was that kid who hated checking and verifying her answers on standardized tests. I don’t reread books. I don’t listen to podcasts multiple times. I could RAVE about the content – but I rarely have the attention span to make myself take in the same information multiple times. (Terrible, I know.)
